Yolanda Webb, MA
Known as, "The People Whisperer," Yolanda's years of experience understanding the foundations of human behavior has led to significant results in business growth and the crucial conversations that stabilize workforces, improve retention and staff performance. A recognized authority in the areas of inclusion, diversity, and bias. As a policy expert, she has lent her voice towards issues impacting marginalized and underserved communities. She is known for helping turn around organizations facing issues of racial bias, charges of discrimination and the miscommunication caused by cultural incompetency.
Alecia Bracy, Ph.D
Senior Strategic Consultant
Dr. Bracy is known as the "Strategy Shark" and is an experienced Industrial and Organizational Development professional with more than 30 years experience driving organizational excellence and diversity and inclusion strategies for corporate, government, and non-profit organizations.
Nirupa Netram, J.D.
Nirupa Netram is an accomplished social entrepreneur, attorney, mediator, and arbitrator, who was born in Guyana. She has more than two decades of experience in the corporate, government, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, human resources, operations, program management, and compliance.
Nirupa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) from Stetson University and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
Sheria S. Mitchell
Sheria worked for over twenty years in higher education including the areas of career and technical education and also in various areas of student services, including financial aid, student support services, and first-semester orientation. As a higher education professional, Sheria also has direct experience in academic advising and retention, including developing and designing curriculum for first-year student’s orientation experience and has also served as an instructor teaching early childhood education.
Patricia Turner, M.B.A
Patricia brings more than 30 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer in the Health and Hospital environment. She brings the much needed oversight to human resources policy and practice, ensuring nothing gets missed in the overwhelming details. She spots issues well ahead of time and keeps our team on target, and more importantly, your business undisrupted.
