Since 1996 our Principal, Yolanda Webb has been leading organization, leadership and social policy changes with, “A Brilliant Glimpse of Insight. 

We are the strategic advisors who understand human behavior and the world around us.  We help you to create great ideas for great organizations and workplaces.  We work to help you develop strategies that impact communities, business, education, economics, public policy, and social justice through social change.

Yolanda Webb, MA
Founder/CEO
Principal Advisor


Yolanda serves as CEO/president/principal advisor of the WEBB Advisory Group, a firm specializing in corporate social impact, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion strategies, corporate cultural development, organizational assessment, data analysis and workplace leadership development, executive compensation, and coaching. 

 

Known as, "The People Whisperer,” Yolanda’s years of experience understanding the foundations of human behavior has led to significant results in business growth and the crucial conversations that stabilize workforces, improve retention, and staff performance.  Yolanda’s work includes clients in national and international sectors of government/public, NGO, private, non-, and not-for-profit organizations.  She is a recognized authority in the areas of inclusion, diversity, and bias. 

 

As a policy expert, she has lent her voice towards issues impacting marginalized and underserved communities. Yolanda holds a master’s degree in Humanities and is an advanced behavioral analyst.

Sascha Butler

Office Director

 

Sascha serves as the WEBB Advisory Group Office Director and brings over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of our firms' policies and procedures. She maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing.  She manages our vendor contracts and works directly with our consultants.  

Sascha is responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allow the WEBB Advisory Group to operate efficiently including assessments and key informant interviews.

Nirupa Netram, J.D.
Strategic Consultant
Compliance/Leadership

 

Nirupa Netram is an accomplished social entrepreneur, attorney, mediator, and arbitrator, who was born in Guyana.  She has more than two decades of experience in the corporate, government, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, human resources, operations, program management, and compliance. 

 

Nirupa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) from Stetson University and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

Alecia Bracy, Ph.D
Senior Strategic Consultant
Organizational Design

 

Dr. Bracy is known as the "Strategy Shark" and is an experienced Industrial and Organizational Development professional with more than 30 years' experience driving organizational excellence and diversity and inclusion strategies for corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. She is currently the owner of InterOrg, LLC, a consulting firm working with Fortune 500, government, and non-profit organizations.  Alecia has earned a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on African Americans in corporate workplaces.  She started the Women of Color Consortium to address the experiences women of color had in corporate workspaces and the Community Justice Collaborative to have informal courageous conversations with people in her community.

Sheria S. Mitchell, MA
Strategic Consultant,
Higher Education


Sheria worked for over twenty years in higher education including the areas of career and technical education and also in various areas of student services, including financial aid, student support services, and first-semester orientation. 

 

As a higher education professional, Sheria also has direct experience in academic advising and retention, including developing and designing curriculum for first-year student’s orientation experience and has also served as an instructor teaching early childhood education.

Janice is currently the CEO/President at J3 | Human Resources Consulting, LLC. Her primary focus is to provide organizations with professional services, which include
Human Resources consultation, assistance with employment legal compliance, employee policies and
procedures development and maintenance, job description development, compensation analysis,
employee relations investigations, training and development, system implementation project
management, and services that support and improve the success of an employee’s employment life
cycle.

Brandy has a 20+ year career in work with non-profit organizations, government agencies, and a Fortune 500 company, Brandy has gained the skills to empower others so they can achieve the outcomes that matter most to them. Brandy is a certified Proscii ADKAR Change Management Practitioner, a Lean Blackbelt, an empath, a Bachelor's-level Social Worker, and comes with lived experience.  Brandy is a native of Wyoming and she identifies as biracial,  born of a Mexican mother and African-American father.

Lori Piñeiro Sinitzky

Lori is a Quaker, educator, and big-picture thinker who’s been designing and facilitating antiracism curricula and training programs for over 20 years.
With experience in the traditional classroom, as a First Day School teacher, workshop facilitator, and administrator, Lori can create and tailor a training
program that identifies and addresses your community’s needs. Lori can guide and accompany you through understanding how racism and
other kinds of bias are woven through all we do.
