Yolanda Webb is an accomplished professional with a remarkably diverse background and experience. Currently she serves as the CEO and Principal Advisor for the WEBB Advisory Group, LLC, a national minority, women owned consulting group providing executive coaching, leadership development, executive compensation, organizational strategy, human resource consulting, and equity, diversity and inclusion strategies that work.
Known as, "The People Whisperer,” Yolanda’s more than 30 years of experience understanding the foundations of human behavior has led to significant results in business growth and the crucial conversations that stabilize workforces, improve retention and staff performance.
A recognized authority in the areas of inclusion, diversity, and bias. As a policy expert, she has lent her voice towards issues impacting marginalized and underserved communities.
She is known for helping turn around organizations facing issues of racial bias, charges of discrimination and the miscommunication caused by cultural incompetency. She partners with her clients to help leverage cultural competency, employee engagement, retention, customer engagement, and community and corporate relations.
A graduate of the HBCU Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN, Yolanda has served in several critical senior executive leadership roles across the nation. During her tenure in Ohio, Yolanda earned several leadership awards, and accolades for Women to Watch.
Yolanda obtained a Master of Arts in Humanities (with a Theology concentration) from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She is actively engaged in the community serving on several non-profit boards.
Yolanda is the mother of two adult children and has two grandchildren. She is an avid photographer (fashion/beauty and landscape photography), world traveler to many countries annually, and an advocate and philanthropist of social justice and humanitarian causes around the world.
Alecia Bracy, PhD
Alecia Bracy is the Strategy Shark, an experienced strategic thinker, trainer, coach, and speaker with over 20 years working in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, diversity and inclusion, human dynamics, and leadership development.
She is currently the owner of InterOrg, LLC, a consulting firm working with Fortune 500, government, and non-profit organizations. Alecia has earned a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on African Americans in corporate workplaces. She started the Women of Color Consortium to address the experiences women of color had in corporate workspaces and the Community Justice Collaborative to have informal courageous conversations with people in her community.
In 2020 she started, Capella University’s Black Student Union, the Diversity and Inclusion committee for the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and joined WEBB Advisory Group to provide DEI solutions. A southern born girl who grew up in the Midwest, she is dedicated to spreading the importance of equity.
Nirupa Netram is an accomplished social entrepreneur, attorney, mediator, and arbitrator, who was born in Guyana. She has more than two decades of experience in the corporate, government, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, human resources, operations, program management, and compliance.
Nirupa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) from Stetson University and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is the founder and CEO of Lotus Solutions LLC, a Florida certified woman and minority owned enterprise that helps businesses create diversity and inclusion to ensure a fair and just workplace, through consulting, training, and keynote speeches. In partnership with Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees, Nirupa launched the first Delivering on the Dream (DOTD) collaborative in Florida investing needed resources to help immigrants and refugees achieve their dreams for a better life.
The Florida Bar appointed Nirupa to serve on their Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She also co-chairs the immigration law practice section of the Lee County Bar Association, serves on the Horizon Council's Inclusion and Diversity Committee and their Advocacy Subcommittee, serves on the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, Equity Committee, and is a member of the Inclusion Allies Coalition.
In 2021, Nirupa joined WEBB Advisory Group to provide innovative solutions in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. She is committed to supporting diverse populations around the world.
Sheria Mitchell is the owner of First Class Start a nonprofit advising group that assist first generation low-income high school students in transitioning from high school through their first quarter of college. Before devoting full-time work to First Class Start, Sheria worked for over twenty years in higher education including the areas of career and technical education and also in various areas of student services, including financial aid, student support services, and first-semester orientation. As a higher education professional, Sheria also has direct experience in academic advising and retention, including developing and designing curriculum for first-year student’s orientation experience and has also served as an instructor teaching early childhood education.
Sheria received a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Mobile and is currently working on a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and has received numerous awards and recognition for her work in higher education and community service.
In addition to being a high school advising consultant, Sheria is also skilled in training adult learners, having served as a certified trainer on the training cadre for the National Education Association Train-the-Trainer and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority’s Organizational Leadership Train-the-Trainer,
Sheria brings years of experience in understanding strategies and methodologies in working with adult learners. Sheria currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Mobile Area Black Chamber of Commerce and has also served on various other boards including Sickle Cell Disease Association of America – Mobile Chapter, Incorporated, the Steering Committee of Leadership Mobile of which she is a 2012 graduate and as a Peer Reviewer for the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
Sheria has published several articles on Essential Skills and has designed curriculum and developed leadership training for area companies such as The Alabama Career Center – Mobile. AL, The Alabama Department of Human Resources – Mobile, AL, and Alabama Power – Mobile.
Sheria is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated where she serves as a chapter president and a state and national appointed officer. Sheria’s favorite pastime is travelling and she shares a passion for sports with her two sons and grandchildren.
