Yolanda Webb, CEO | Principal Advisor

"The Mark of Great Leadership is Understanding that Your Business is Only as Great as the Culture it Creates!"

I’m a change agent.  Yeah, I know, that’s cliché.  But I am obsessed with ensuring that the environments of business (from corporate to non-profits, education to governments) develop work cultures that help employees feel empowered and business thrive.  We can do both.  Creating narratives for change…to help us build business better, well that’s at the heart of what I do.

Yolanda Webb is an accomplished professional with a remarkably diverse background and experience.  Currently she serves as the CEO and Principal Advisor for the WEBB Advisory Group, LLC, a national minority, women owned consulting group providing executive coaching, leadership development, executive compensation, organizational strategy, human resource consulting, and equity, diversity and inclusion strategies that work.

Known as, "The People Whisperer,” Yolanda’s more than 30 years of experience understanding the foundations of human behavior has led to significant results in business growth and the crucial conversations that stabilize workforces, improve retention and staff performance.

A recognized authority in the areas of inclusion, diversity, and bias.  As a policy expert, she has lent her voice towards issues impacting marginalized and underserved communities.

She is known for helping turn around organizations facing issues of racial bias, charges of discrimination and the miscommunication caused by cultural incompetency.  She partners with her clients to help leverage cultural competency, employee engagement, retention, customer engagement, and community and corporate relations.

A graduate of the HBCU Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN, Yolanda has served in several critical senior executive leadership roles across the nation.   During her tenure in Ohio, Yolanda earned several leadership awards, and accolades for Women to Watch.

Yolanda obtained a Master of Arts in Humanities (with a Theology concentration) from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She is actively engaged in the community serving on several non-profit boards. She is a member of the International Women's Forum, the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum/Wise Women, IMPACT 100 Philanthropic Giving Circle, a graduate of  the New Orleans Regional Leadership Academy, the Cincinnati African-American Leadership Program, and Class 2022 of Leadership Denver.
